Portal:Project

From openSUSE Community Wiki

Welcome to the Portal:Project Portal edit

Project

openSUSE-Community.org is a project aiming to channel more of a community effort into our favourite distribution, openSUSE. This includes -- but is not exclusive to -- adding all the extra documentation that is required for a seamless openSUSE experience. Through this wiki, we intend to provide a placeholder for all additional information.

This site is not meant to in any way create a duplication of effort to what is already on openSUSE.org, but rather to be a supplement to what is there.

How can I help the community?

Contribute

The biggest contribution would be encouraging whatever project you partake in to contribute to this community effort. Instead of using your own resource, use the one here, or add to it if need be! This place should be the portal and tent for community ongoings. Through this collaboration we can appropriately work together.

Wiki Maintenance - If you want to help us to maintain this wiki by keeping it organized, standardized and readable you should additionally read the following pages.

  • Maintenance - Keeping the content standardized, organized and up to date.
  • Page validation - Review articles others created.
  • Translation - Create a completely new, separate, wiki in a different language.
